Learned some simple and intelligent games.
The course was never boring. The case studies gave me a lot of inspiration.
Family caregivers for people with dementia inevitably have to grapple with lots of challenges. They may feel frustrated and helpless. JCCPA knows very well the difficulties and needs of family caregivers. Through this course, family members and caregivers will learn the skills to care for people with dementia, and effective solutions and support when they encounter difficulties. This will relieve pressure of family members and help them go on the care journey with empathy.
Mr Lau was funny. The Q&A session on caregivers’ thinking skills was assuring for caregivers, and very pragmatic.
