Large remote control for TV

Plate color should contrast with the table, can use place mat to create color contrast. Non slip placemat and special utensils can be used if necessary

Sofa should be firm and of right height, feet should be able to place flat on floor

Non glare, non slippery floor with clear pathways

Cupboard drawers should have labels with both text and photo

Chinese calendar and a western calendar for writing important events
