During the event, participants enjoyed relaxing scents and experienced the multiple benefits of aromatherapy. Seeing the joyful smiles on the elderly participants’ faces was the greatest reward.
Heartfelt thanks to Incandescent Healing Limited for organizing this meaningful morning filled with fragrance and laughter.

Mid-Autumn Festival Celebration
To celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival, the Centre organized festive activities for both day care and residential service users. Participants shared folk stories and customs, and made mooncakes together.
In addition to traditional snowy mooncakes, soft-textured mooncakes were also prepared to cater to those with swallowing difficulties, ensuring everyone could enjoy the festive treats.
These interactive sessions not only evoked memories and raised awareness of the festival (a form of reminiscence therapy), but also helped train cognitive skills, hand-eye coordination, and spatial awareness.
