Dementia Awareness Seminar
Thanks for Yuen Chau Kok Residents’ Association for their invitation to collaborate on the “Dementia Awareness Seminar.” During the seminar, Ms. Ally Lam introduced the causes of dementia, prevention methods and relevant community resources to the participants.
Easter Fluid Eggs Activity
To celebrate Easter, we organized a fluid egg crafting activity with the service users at the Day Care Center. Everyone poured paint onto the eggs and created their own custom Easter eggs to take home.
MTR Dementia Walk
MTR Corporation invited Dr. Kenny Chui, Deputy General Manager of JCCPA, along with several organizations, to arrange for the elderly at the center to visit MTR facilities and experience related services earlier. During the event, MTR specially designed practical tasks, allowing the elderly to use station guides to operate Octopus card top-up and transfer processes, testing their ability to use the MTR system.
