Over the 11-day exhibition period, we received more than 13,500 visitors. The enthusiastic response from the public demonstrates the growing public concern regarding dementia and brain health.<\/p><p>The exhibition adopted an innovative and interactive format to guide the public towards a deeper understanding of dementia. Five main theme zones, the &#8220;Brain Age Test Zone,&#8221; &#8220;Open Dementia City,&#8221; &#8220;The 14 Risk Factors,&#8221; &#8220;Silver Footprints,&#8221; and &#8220;Memory Mailbox&#8221;, offered immersive experiences that enabled visitors to explore brain function, risk factors for dementia and prevention methods from multiple perspectives. Visitors actively participated in all interactive sections, creating a vibrant atmosphere that demonstrated the public&#8217;s strong interest in learning about brain health.<\/p><p>We sincerely thank every visitor who joined and supported the exhibition! Led by Social Worker Andrew, a group of fellow caregivers gathered to share their hearts and build a supportive peer network.<\/p><p>During the event, participants opened up, expressing their accumulated stress and worries. Andrew provided an analysis of &#8220;automatic thoughts&#8221; (also known as thought traps or irrational thoughts), helping participants realise that certain subconscious worries are not actual problems themselves, but rather unhelpful patterns that add unnecessary physical and emotional strain. He encouraged everyone to pay attention to bodily warning signs in daily life and practice pausing negative thoughts to give themselves space to rest and shift their mindsets.<\/p><p>Long-term caregiving responsibilities may unconsciously lead caregivers to revolve their entire lives around their care recipients, slowly neglecting themselves and feeling exhausted. &#8220;Healing Caf\u00e9&#8221; ensures caregivers&#8217; voices are heard and understood.
