This activity aimed to provide multi-sensory stimulation and social interaction opportunities through the making of nostalgic food.<\/p><p>During the event, participants were involved in various stages of making steamed rice cakes, including:<\/p><ul><li>Soaking and cooking red beans<\/li><li>Mixing and stirring the rice flour<\/li><li>Preparing molds and pouring the mixture<\/li><li>Observing the steaming process<\/li><li>Unmolding and packaging the finished product<\/li><\/ul><p>Throughout the activity, our service users not only revisited the traditional food-making process but also practiced fine motor skills through hands-on involvement.
