In order to build a dementia-friendly community, JCCPA strive to keep pace with the times by providing more training opportunities without time and geographical constraints. Whether you are professional workers, caregivers, corporates, or who are interested in dementia, you are welcome to participate in different courses via this platform. By detailed explanations and real-life examples, you may understand more about dementia.<\/p><p>Starting from fourth quarter of 2023, more courses will be releasing in this platform. \u00a0To give users a chance to explore our offerings, we will be offering a\u00a0free trial\u00a0for the first three months, during which users will have access to a range of videos. Mr. Kingsley Pun, has shared with over 180 caregivers regarding the distressed behavior and psychological symptoms of people with dementia and how to tackle it in short and long term. He also addressed various enquiries from caregivers with practical suggestions during the talk and encouraged caregiver to relieve their stress by chatting with family members and friends.<\/p><p>The next two training courses are scheduled on 15 Jul (Sat) 10am &amp; 1:30pm respectively.
