Mr Andrew Lau, registered social worker, shared with over 90 caregivers the needs and adversities that caregivers were facing. With the suggestion of 5 principles of living with people with dementia, caregivers could take care them effectively which helped to relieve stress a lot. Besides, Mr Lau has shared how to conduct mindfulness which was an alternative way to relieve pressure as well.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight );\">JCCPA offers training courses from time to time for family caregivers, learning the skills and tactics of how to take care for people with dementia, and the effective solutions and support when they encounter difficulties.
