Simultaneously, online videos and teaching materials were prepared for the caregivers to complete the application as well as getting know more about dementia at their own place. In this month, there were around 40 caregivers received ibeacon.<\/p><p>Besides, we are going to hold an online webinar \u201cEmbrace and Engage: The Way Ahead in Building a Dementia-inclusive Society Sharing Session\u201d on 28 July, to share how to build a dementia-friendly and inclusive society.<\/p><p>On one hand, we will introduce from the perspective of ESG policy as well as how the strength and advantage of organization could help promote dementia-inclusive society. On the other hand, staff training and cross-sector collaboration could be one of the aspects to address the needs of people with dementia in workplace. Last but not least, caregivers will be invited to share the experience and needs of people with dementia who encountered getting lost episode before. We were honoured to invite Dr. Jenny Lee to share the symptoms and causes of dementia and the goals of care in different stage of dementia which have deeply enriched their understanding and knowledge towards dementia. She also addressed various enquires and concerns from caregivers with practical suggestions during the talk.<\/p><p>In next season, we are going to hold a one-day intensive training course and 2 half-day training courses and which are now opened for registration.<\/p><p>The one-day intensive training course would introduce some basic knowledge of dementia and tactics on taking care people with dementia in different aspects.
