Memory Club

Mind games for healthy brains

The human brain is wondrous and complex. It controls our memory as much as our emotions. Non-stop learning can stimulate the brain and keep it functioning. Mental activities, socialising and hobbies can help to keep our brains healthy. The Memory Club organises group activities for stimulating brain functions to train participants’ memory and maintain cognitive well-being.

Memory Training

Learn different memory methods, themed after daily lifestyle routines, through fun and interactive memory training and apply the learnings in everyday living.

Brain Exercises

Conduct various brain exercises to improve memory and physical agility to delay degeneration.

Relaxation

Learn physical and mental relaxation (e.g. mindfulness and stress management).

Targeted Service Users

People aged 50 and above and interested in brain health (and able to read and write in simple Chinese)
