Mental activities, socialising and hobbies can help to keep our brains healthy. The Memory Club organises group activities for stimulating brain functions to train participants’ memory and maintain cognitive well-being.
Learn different memory methods, themed after daily lifestyle routines, through fun and interactive memory training and apply the learnings in everyday living.
Conduct various brain exercises to improve memory and physical agility to delay degeneration.
Learn physical and mental relaxation (e.g. mindfulness and stress management).
