Special Features
* A centralized magnetic door lock system provides convenient control of the accessibility of each door and clear in-out record of each door. * Staff or guest can enter each floor freely by pressing the button at the front door but a special security card is required to exit both the front and rear doors in order to prevent unnoticed departures. * In case of emergency (fire alarm, power breakdown, etc.), all the magnetic door locks will open immediately for evacuation.
* Color CCTV cameras are installed at G/F, 2/F and 3/F entrance, in the lift and the Greenery (garden). Provide visual monitor of these specified areas. Make sure the elderly are participating in activities safely in these areas. * Two individual CCTV cameras are installed at 2/F and 3/F Quiet Rooms for clinical observation.
* Use of window stop to allow enough ventilation, but not enough for the client to climb out. * Use of mosquito window screens to prevent mosquitoes flying in, and to diffuse light and minimize daylight glare.

Anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-microbial, strong stain resistance.
* Special design shape for maintaining elderly to sit at the table, no need to use restrainer. * Table for four is suitable for small group gathering. * Put together for larger group activities. * Formica surface for easy cleaning. * Solid, will not tip if lent against. * Round edge and no sharp corners.
* 2-way door locks allow doors leading into the bathrooms to open in both directions in case of emergencies, such as a client falling inside the bathroom. *Doors leading to areas for staff use are blended into the background as much as possible to avoid access by the clients.
