For clients with behavioural problems and requiring closer attention, this floor's design is similar to that of the 2/F but with special features.

* Provide a quiet and peaceful environment for the client who wants to stay alone or needs calming down.

* All the furniture and decorations in the room are soft and minimizes the chance of clients hurting themselves.

* A color CCTV is installed for ensuring the safety of the client inside the room.

Physiotherapy room

* A room has been set aside and equipped to provide physiotherapy to enhance the clients' physical capabilities and help maintain their physical fitness as far as possible.

Model home

* A simulated home environment for demonstrating how to create a friendly and safe home environment for the dementing elderly.

* Demonstrate the use of assistive devices and aids.

* Assess and provide training in the client's abilities to undertake domestic tasks in order to increase his functional independency at home.
